Bra-hotell.com is site that reviews hotels and leisure activities for tourists in Stockholm. The word bra in Swedish means good (funny coincidence), so you won't find anything connected to ladies lingerie on this site - we just didn't plan to have an English version until we wrote some English articles that got a lot of traffic, so here we are!
Besides just recommending hotels, we try to keep tourists up to date with social events and happenings in our beautiful city. We also try to educate our visitors on the different islands / city regions that make up Stockholm.
A few times per year we gather statistics for which hotels we appointed most visitors to, and which ones search engine visitors stumbled upon most frequently. So far during 2008, our most popular hotels are
To the menu in the right you will find some articles with tourists attractions, bars and such. We try to present tourists with up-to-date material and good pointers of what to see in Stockholm City by adding a few articles per month.
We partner with the larger Swedish booking agencies for hotels and general travel - Hotels.com, Resfeber.se and Bokahotell.se. Read more on the Links page. We push promotion material on cheap bookings and campaign codes from each agency, often here on the front page. Fresh links to non-profit sites with reviews, pictures and such are being kept updated on each hotel's page.
A blogging and reviewing functionality is currently in the pipeline, so you as a visitor can comment on the Stockholm hotels you visit, or ask questions about the ones you're planning to.
